On 7-Mar, Soon Fatt brought us (Yew Kuan, Hoe Chuan, CC, Chong and I) to 徐东, for steamboat.
Each of us pay 38 yuan for a sumptuous dinner. Yummy!

The locals like to have a whole pot of spicy soup for the steamboat. Some prefer to have a taste of both, the outer ring containing the spicy soup and the inner circle contain the chicken soup. But for us, we have both chicken soup in the outer ring and the inner circle: Outer Ring for all kinds of meat and food, and the inner circle for all food except beef, mutton, shell products, internal organs, etc. (specially requested by me, thank you to all of them who are so nice to me). There is also a special ladle to be used for scooping food from the inner ring! So thoughtful of them! Thanks!
