The highlights in the trip was an attempt on Archery! What do you think of my pose here? Look like 黄日华 (郭靖) in 射雕英雄传? He he...
I actually shot the target, which is about 30-50 metres away!!! A great achievement!
Here are other pictures for your leisure viewing.

Our Tour Bus

This shot was taken by Randolph (using my camera)

I like rural area, so quiet, peaceful...

Upon arrival at Lu Lin Shan Zhuang (绿林山庄), we had lunch first. After that, we checked in into the hotel, which was very nice, except that the TV has no sports channel (cannot see the finals of Miami Tennis Masters Series), and the toilet was the squatting type! But the strange thing, the students' toilet is the Sitting Type!!! How strange? Old man like us need to squat!
At 2:30pm, we gathered and then head towards the Valley of the Beauty (美人谷).

Does this picture look like 九寨沟?

"Babe"

A hanging bridge connecting the resort to the village.

Mushroom
As mentioned before, I like the atmosphere of a village, it is so serene, quiet, fresh...

The OLD and the NEW

Hey kids from Singapore, have you seen a living rooster before? This rooster in the picture really can crow loud and clear! It crowed just when I was walking past it, it gave me a shock!

This is the kitchen of the locals in the village

There are using wood for burning/cooking, how non-environmental friendly!

This baby boy was very cute! He laughed easily when I was playing with him!

Sun-setting...

After dinner, we were invited to attend the campfire, with performance!

Standing bare-footed in the knife edges

Later on, he even carried this guy on his back, and stood on the knives! Impressive!

The same man, who stood on the knives, jumped up high and land on the shattered glasses! Why must they perform such stunts? Is it entertaining? I prefer dance or singing performances.

After that, another guy stepped on the red-hot metal plate, which was retrieved from the burning fire!

See how hot was the metal plate? It made a paper burst into fire!

See? He stepped on the plate!!! OMG! I think these people are insane!
Learning how to dance Cha-Cha...

I think this couple couldn't stand us anymore (who were such a novice in dancing), they were showing how social dance should be done! So graceful...

Our students enjoyed dancing around the fire...

Clive singing on stage! That was what he has not experienced! He didnt seem to be stage-fright, did he? Looks very confident, singing his 拿手好歌, “Kiss Goodbye" by 王力宏.
The whole gang went on stage to sing the last song, "朋友" by 周华健.

Mr Wong CC also joined in the fun.

Beauties

What was that look on Yu Ting's face?

I went to the village again early next morning, because I like the feeling of strolling in the countryside, especially in the early morning.

A Mud House, which looked so shabby, has a satellite dish! How amazing! Technology has intruded into the life of everybody including the villagers. I am not surprised if there is Internet Access inside this house!

After breakfast, we went to 绿林古兵寨.

Lots of trekking, some paths were narrow and steep.

汉天门

Want a game of Chinese Chess? Play on this giant chess board. But the seeds are too huge to carry la (though they were movable).
MDE students posing on the Giant Chess Board

The LSCT students preferred to play a game of Chinese Chess on the smaller chess board.

Hit the bell 3 times, for Safety, Fortune and Happiness!

Camel Boulder (骆驼山)

After lunch, we made our way back to Wuhan, but we stopped by a cave for about 1.5 hours.

Xin Hui looked a bit funny here! Haha! I like this picture, she looked so natural.

Do u see a frog and a tortoise here?
